Continua la sfida dell’R&D per contribuire ad apportare un cambiamento nel settore aerospazio. In questi ultimi mesi, il team R&D ha lavorato in collaborazione con Leonardo S.p.A. Divisione Aerostrutture e Velivoli alla stesura di un nuovo progetto di ricerca e sviluppo che ha come obiettivo il miglioramento dei processi produttivi relativi alla fabbricazione ed all’assemblaggio della fusoliera del velivolo da trasporto regionale ATR.
In particolare, attraverso l’impiego delle tecnologie Industria 4.0 e nell’ottica di una evoluzione verso una fabbrica digitalizzata, il progetto si focalizza sull’individuazione ed implementazione di sistemi automatizzati in grado di supportare la produzione e l’assemblaggio delle sezioni e/o componenti strutturali afferenti alla fusoliera ATR. Sistemi avanzati di produzione, realtà aumentata, Industrial Internet of Things, cloud computing e big data sono solo alcuni degli elementi abilitanti che saranno analizzati in ottica di efficientamento dei processi produttivi. Il 5 Giugno 2020 è stata presentata la domanda di accesso al Contratto di Sviluppo ed ora non resta che incrociare le dita.
